Amendments will be posted directly to SAM.GOV NAVFAC Solicitation No.: N40085-22-R-2664 NAVFAC Specification/Drawings: Work Order No. 1665607 Title: Design-Bid-Build Construction of USCG Complex, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina Description of the Work: The work includes the construction of five facilities and associated sitework to include an Academic Instruction Facility, a Waterfront Instruction Facility, an Armory, an Ammunitions Storage, an Applied Instruction Facility, and incidental related work. Building A1 and Building BB54 will be demolished as part of this project. Buildings BB327, BB326 and BB346 will be renovated as part of this project. Estimated Price Range: In accordance with DFARS 236.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range for this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. Time for Completion: Contract completion date is 1,095 calendar days to include any unexercised options. The days are calculated from date of task order award, which includes the initial 15 days allowed for distribution of the task order award, submission and approval of insurance, bonding and other requirements set forth in the task order/MACC. Task order award is considered notice to proceed. Wage Determination: Department of Labor (DoL) General Decision Number NC20220038 07/22/2022 applies to this work. Utilities: The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining, either from available Government sources or local utility companies, all utilities required for construction and testing. The Contractor shall provide these utilities at his expense, paid for at the current utility rate delivered to the job site. The Contractor shall provide and maintain all temporary utility connections and distribution lines, and all meters required to measure the amount of each utility used. Record Drawings: In accordance with FAR 52.236-21 Specifications and Drawings for Construction, record shop drawings are required. Reproducible copies of these record drawings are required. Government Furnished Property: Not Included. Liquidated Damages: In accordance with FAR 52.211-12, Liquidated Damages - Construction (SEP 2000), If the Contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Government in the amount show in the table below per project for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted. Liquidated damages will be assessed on a per building basis based on the individual project completion dates. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Addendum #1-#7 have been issued as of 1-19-2023.
