Southern Traffic Circle Renovation

Qualified landscaping contractor to renovate the Southern Blvd. Traffic Circle and adjacent areas. Work will include: any required safety fencing, MOT/TTC, excavation, grading, distribution of soil, cap rock boulder work, base preparation, irrigation and landscaping. A significant amount of onsite coordination with SMI Landscape Architecture during all phases of the project will be integral to successful completion, as their firm will be directing the final grading and boulder placement on site. The contractor shall be responsible for: 1. Removal and relocation of three (3) Pony Tail Palms from the site to Ibis Park 2. All soil and grading 3. Delivery and installation of Geiger trees 4. Relocation/transplant of donated coconut trees from a property on the Island and to the site 5. Relocation of Agave on site for balance and coverage 6. Relocation of capstones on site 7. Irrigation is in place and functional with effective coverage. The controller may require relocation. Bubblers will need to be added and any damage would need to be repaired prior to supply and installation of new turf 8. Furnish and install all plants listed in the Plant Schedule under shrubs 9. Supply and installation of new turf
