| Description | This project will resurface minor arterial roadway Providence Drive from Lake Otis Parkway to Elmore Road. Improvements are expected to include pavement overlay or replacement, repair and/or replacement of segments of sidewalk, curb & gutter and ADA upgrades This project will reconstruct local roadway Quinhagak Street from East Dowling Road, south to Ask eland Drive. The project area is shown in Attachment A. The exact scope of future improvements will be determined during the design study phase. This road has exceeded its service life expectancy and is in need of reconstruction as evidenced by major frost heaving and cracks in the asphalt and curb and gutter. |
