Main Street Sidewalk Renovation and Extension

The work to be performed under this contract includes removal and replacement of existing sidewalk and installing new sidewalk along portions of Main Street in Ellington. The scope of work includes installation of approximately 2,500 linear feet of sidewalk. The project consists of providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: tree removal, demolition and disposal of existing sidewalk, installation of new stenciled concrete sidewalk and curb ramps, installation of new bituminous driveway aprons, crosswalk striping, landscaping restoration and field verifying.
