Flooring Replacement at Warren County Airport

Remove vinyl composition tile and purchase and install new vinyl plank flooring at the Warren County Airport. The County of Warren, Virginia is seeking Requests for Quotes (RFQ) from individuals or contractors, referred to throughout this document as "independent contractor" that are interested, experienced and knowledgeable in the removal of vinyl composite tile flooring at the Warren County Airport and purchasing and replacing with the lowest required maintenance tile flooring. The scope of work will include removing the existing vinyl composite tile flooring in the terminal of the Warren County Airport. The independent contractor is responsible for disposing of all debris and trash properly in the appropriate facility. The independent contractor will skim the concrete after removal of the tile and install a low maintenance tile for regular foot traffic. The independent contractor will furnish and install the new low maintenance, durable and resilient, non-finish flooring and the adhesive/glue for installation. The independent contractor will furnish and install a cove base. The independent contractor is responsible for the rental of any scrapping/stripping machines. The independent contractor will move all standard furniture, not to include, valuables, breakables or disconnecting any electronics or appliances.
