Provide and Install FDOT Recycled Asphalt Mix - Rolling Hills Cemetery

- Contractor to provide and install approved FDOT Recycle Asphalt mix equal to or better than Type SP-TL-C 9.5 Recycled Asphalt. - Asphalt to be installed at 1.50” or greater thickness. - Asphalt to be installed on existing milling base road. Existing road way is 850(+-) SY’s. Contractor responsible for performing actual field measurements to verify total square yards (SY) provided. Contractor responsible for notifying the Parks, Grounds, & Cemetery Superintendent immediately if field dimensions are different than the total square yards provided. - Pricing to be submitted as a Unit Price per SY Proposal and Total Project Cost. - Contractor responsible for ensuring positive drainage from road. Contractor responsible for leveling of base to ensure no dips or potholes of finish product. - Contractor responsible for work stoppage when funeral services are performed within cemetery. City will make everyone effort to schedule accordingly around paving schedule, however; if a funeral service occurs during the scheduled work time, the contractor will be required to stop work during the funeral service.
