HRDC Community First Griffin Place Site and Infrastructure

The proposed site grading work generally includes clearing, grubbing, tree and debris removal, topsoil stripping, stockpiling and haul off, cut and fill to subgrade, retention basin grading, and the installation and maintenance of SWPPP BMP’s. The proposed site utility work generally includes installation of approximately 340 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, 800 lineal feet of 8-inch water main, and 1082 linear feet of 15-inch private storm mains. The proposed site, sidewalk and parking lot work generally includes the installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of utility sleeves, 84,611 square feet of parking lot pavement, 4,424 linear feet of curb and gutter installation, 18,411 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 233 linear feet of landscape block retaining wall, installation of 25 light poles, and the removal and replacement of approximately 1,600 linear feet of fence.
