Description | *As of February 20, 2023, a general contractor has been awarded. Project consists of a Publix 45.11 prototype, Publix facade, and 2,100 SF Retail Building. The site lighting poles, site lighting fixtures, and site electrical are included in the Publix facade scope of work. Please bid all site conduit and site electrical wiring. The type IIB fully sprinklered buildings will be constructed of masonry non-load bearing exterior walls, with a shallow foundation system, with an interior slab on grade concrete floor system, steel bar joists, and steel deck. Publix has a 4-ply built-up roof membrane system. The Retail Building has a 2-ply built up roof membrane system. The interior construction within the buildings shall be complete with taped and finished drywall partitions; both exposed and suspended acoustical ceilings, plumbing to sinks, drains, equipment and toilet rooms, electrical service, distribution and lighting, air conditioning throughout, and refrigeration to the equipment room to the extent shown on the plans.The fully sprinklered Public facade shall include the entry structure at the entrance to the Grocery Store, Pharmacy drive-thru, canopy structure, all exterior finishes added to Publix's exterior walls. The demolition of the existing building of 47,260 SqFt, 1 Story.
