Description

The proposed work includes widening and paving the existing dirt/gravel roadway on Sea Croft Drive from Highway 393 to Satinwood Drive. A new 5’ wide sidewalk will be constructed along the south side of Sea Croft Drive as well as drainage improvements including ditches, culverts and storm sewer. A retaining wall will be constructed where limited right-of-way exists within the proposed roadway. The project will include utility relocations, paving, striping, and new signage. During demolition, the white pavers shall be removed, salvaged, and returned to the owner. The existing plantings and pine tree in the right-of-way shall be protected as described in the construction plans.
