Description

This project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows: The project includes a multi-use trail, sidewalk, a step pool stormwater conveyance (SPSC) structure, storm sewer, subdrain, riprap, seeding, tree plantings, and native plug plantings. Approximately 1,600 linear feet of 10-foot wide PCC trail will be constructed through a neighborhood greenway. The SPSC structure is a stormwater best management practice intended to mitigate existing gully erosion and convey stormwater. The SPSC structure includes erosion stone, boulder stones, sand/wood chip soil mix pool areas. The project includes approximately 7,840 CY of excavation including 6,105 CY of import fill
