The Diamond Hills Greenway - Stream Repairs project includes multiple necessary repairs to the Diamond Hills Greenway located between SW Polk City Drive and SW 35th Street, in Ankeny, Iowa. The repairs include clearing, grubbing, and removal of nuisance vegetation, repairs to existing storm sewer infrastructure, grading, installation of erosion and sediment control devices, and extension of existing storm sewer outlets along the stream corridor. The construction improvements include approximately 270 linear feet of storm sewer ranging in size from 15-inch to 24-inch in diameter, four (4) storm sewer manholes, two (2) area intakes, and associated footings, aprons, and apron guards. The improvements will also include 260 square yards of 5" PCC trail replacement. Other associated improvements include temporary traffic control, surface restoration, and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project.
