Commerce Crossings Development Public Improvements Project

The project will construct Commerce Parkway SW and 35th Street SW roadways in Bondurant. Commerce Pkwy will extend from Phase 1 at the west end, then northeast roughly 1,385 feet connecting to 32nd St SW at its north terminus point. 35th St SW will connect Commerce Parkway to Grant St SW, roughly 460 feet in length. The project generally includes 11,000 SY of PCC paving, 1,880 LF of storm Sewer, 8,700 CY of earthwork, 450 LF of 10” sanitary and 2,150 LF of 8”-12” water main. Erosion control, traffic signalization, construction survey, and site restoration are also included.
