Description	Project will widen River Road by an additional lane in each direction (three lanes in each direction) to accommodate dual northbound left-turns at Riverside Drive intersection and dual southbound left-turns at 1450 South intersection. The River Road Bridge will be widened to accommodate the anticipated two additional lanes for automobile traffic and will improve pedestrian access along River Road including access for the Virgin River Trail.
