Dfcm Construction-Das Surplus/Fleet/Dfcm Facilities Relocation

Project Description: The initial contract will be for programming services for the relocation of State Surplus, Fleet Services, and DFCM Facilities from the Utah State Prison Point of the Mountain Draper site to approximately 11.7 acres in West Valley City, Utah at approximately 4600 South 2700 West. After satisfactory completion of the programming, DFCM may award design services to the programming consultant if the project is funded in the Spring 2021 Legislative session. Construction Budget: $23,183,493 which includes new building costs, total site development (valued at $5.54 million of the budget), high performance building needs, and interior and exterior signage. Not included in the construction cost are pre-design costs, programming costs, architectural design costs, FF&E costs or F&E design, utility connections, utility impact fees, and state-provided rack-mounted IT equipment for tele-data service. The maximum programming fee will be $205,000.00. The maximum design fee will be $1,242,635.00.
