Gateway Boulevard and Military Trail Intersection Improvements

The work consists of improvements at the intersection of Gateway Boulevard and Military Trail. A second southbound left turn lane, a new dedicated northbound right turn lane and an extension of the existing northbound left turn lane will be constructed at the intersection. Crosswalks, curb ramps and traffic signal mast arms at the four corners of the intersection will be upgraded part of this project. The proposed work also includes mobilization, maintenance of traffic, removal and installation of drainage structures, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, utilities, sodding and signalization. Soil disturbing activities will include clearing and grubbing, common excavation, compacted embankment, base, subgrade and pavement construction.
