Description

Contract No. 1 – General Site Work Contract No. 2 – Shade Structure Work The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, construction of approximately 100 feet of concrete seating wall with natural stone veneer, natural stone slab stairs, the stabilization and formalization of stream bank through the placement of large boulders along approximately 35 feet of the shoreline, installation of natural stone pavers, fabrication of a custom shade structure, landscape plantings, site furnishings and electrical work including lighting fixtures.
