Description

1. Perform demolition/removal of existing improvements as required. 2. Install 435 LF of storm sewer piping (12” and 15” Diameters). 3. Install approximately 650 LF of 4” diameter underdrain. 4. Install Seven (7) catch basins drainage structures. 5. Install 2,370 LF of granite curbing. 6. Install 2,350 LF of concrete curbing by slipform method. (6” or 12” wide). 7. Install 14,080 SF of sidewalk paving providing the following alternatives: • Base Bid – Paving with Interlocking Concrete Pavers • Alternative A – Paving with Concrete Paving • Alternative B – Paving with Colored Stamped Paving 8. Restore pavement along new curb line. 9. Install 250 LF of Ornamental Fence.
