One Lagrange Avenue Parking Lot Renovations

Project includes renovations and alterations to the existing parking lot located at 1 Lagrange Avenue in the Town of Poughkeepsie. This project is for renovations and alterations to be in compliance with the parking renovations plans known as "Site Plan Amendment for 1 and 3 Lagrange Avenue, Town of Poughkeepsie, 2018." These plans have been approved by the Town of Poughkeepsie. The project includes selective demolition of curbing, railings, and landscape islands, and selective construction of landscaping, curbing, signage, paving and pavement markings as described in the above referenced plan set. Selective construction for the project includes all landscaping, curbing, signage and directional pavement markings. Curbing can be cast in place or precast: discretion is left to the contractor and bid form shall note which method will be used. Signage will be required for ADA parking and one-way entrance/exit signs. Parking spaces shall meet the sizing on plan set and the requirements of the Town of Poughkeepsie. Landscaping plan includes mulching of existing and proposed landscape areas and evergreen plantings in two sizes. Two street trees are proposed along Lagrange Avenue. Please note we are requesting Alternate 1 for pavement of the parking lot in lieu of parking lot patching and seal coating.
