| Description | The existing lot at the Route 52 and Taconic State Parkway (TSP) interchange is located on the east side of the TSP in the Town of East Fishkill in Dutchess County. The construction of a new park and ride lot will be located on the west side of the TSP, within the NYSDOT maintenance yard. The new lot will address the capacity issues at the existing lot. The amount of new parking will be maximized based on available land area. The new park and ride facility is expected to be closest to Route 52, leaving the rear area available for staging NYSDOT material and equipment. The existing lot east of the TSP will be repaved and restriped as a part of this project. |
