Urban Runoff Management Project

Contract Time shall be sixty (60) calendar days, and liquidated damages for delay shall accrue. See Agreement Between Owner and Contractor for more information. Scope of work includes, but it not limited to, installation of storm drain piping, manholes, drain inlets, underground storm drain chamber system, hydraulic separator, landscape and irrigation, and other items as shown on the plans and specifications. Contractor promises and agrees, at its own cost and expense, to furnish to the Owner all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to complete the Project including all structures and facilities fully and adequately necessary for the Project or described in the Contract (hereinafter the Work or Project), for a Total Contract Price as specified pursuant to this Contract. All Work shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with the above referenced documents, as well as the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The plans and specifications for the Work are further described in the Exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Special conditions, if any, relating to the Work are described in the Exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Scope of work includes, but it not limited to, installation of storm drain piping, manholes, drain inlets, underground storm drain chamber system, hydraulic separator, landscape and irrigation, and other items as shown on the plans and specifications. 2.6. PROJECT: A. Install a minimum of six thousand six hundred (6,600) linear feet of storm drain, a minimum of twenty (20 manholes/junctions, and a minimum of six (6) catch basin inlets. B. Install a minimum of one (1) diversion structure with a minimum design flow rate of six (6) cubic feet per second. C. Install a minimum of on (1) hydrodynamic separator with a minimum design flow rate of six (6) cubic feet per second. D. Install a minimum of one (1) subsurface infiltration gallery with a minimum design storage capacity of sixty-one thousand (61,000) cubic feet. E. Install a minimum of five hundred (500) square feet of rain gardens. F. Install a minimum of seven (7) trees and restore a minimum of twenty thousand (20,000) square feet of park turf
