University of Nevada-Reno - Replace Paul Laxalt Mineral Research Computer Room Chiller Question Cutoff Date: 8/26/2022 08:00 PM (ET) Description of Work: This project will install an air-handler in parallel to the existing R-22 fan-coil that serves the Paul Laxalt Mineral Research computer room. Estimated Cost Range: $60,000 - $110,000 Liquidated Damages: $200/day Special Considerations: The existing fan-coil must remain in service. The new system will be installed in parallel to the existing system. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and Workers' Compensation. Builders Risk Insurance will be required will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "September 23, 2022" and shall be fully complete by "October 3, 2022." *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
