RFQ Construction Manager at Risk - West Bus Compound New Ancillary Project

**The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers.** Major elements of the project include: 1. A new West Bus Compound which will house and facilitate the ongoing maintenance and operation of the OCPS vehicle fleet for the west area of the district on 20 +/-acres. 2. The West Bus Compound will include fleet maintenance offices, a 10-bay bus maintenance building, bus wash facilities, fueling facilities, and a drivers' lounge. Parking at the facility shall accommodate approximately 200 buses and 220 staff vehicles. The selected site will be unoccupied during construction.
