Description

The project is to design and construct a new tribal administration complex for all tribal government operations. The project is located within Santa Clara Pueblo, Rio Arriba County. Santa Clara Pueblo retains the right to accept or reject any bids for any reason. Additional information can be obtained by contacting the Pueblo of Santa Clara Special Projects Office Director, Mr. Daniel Tafoya dtafoya@santaclarapueblo.org. The Team will be required to design a new building to meet the needs of the Pueblo. The Team must work with the Pueblo to determine the size and layout. No geotechnical survey is available and must be completed by the Team, along with any other reports for design and construction. The Team must design a new building meeting the SCP capacity needs and must be approved by SCP prior to construction. The new building must be ADA compliant and meet 2015 IBC; any deterrence from these requirements must be approved by the Pueblo Davis Bacon wages will be applied to this project; the contractor must submit certified payroll with each pay application
