SR 44 - Resurfacing

The Improvements under this Contract consist of constructing an eight-foot sidewalk along the north side of the roadway, constructing a median from US 19 to east of NE 6th Ave, and reconstructing the right turn lane from northbound US 19 to eastbound SR 44. Additional improvements include installing a traffic signal at the intersection of SR 44 and NE 8th Ave, adding an additional crossing leg at the intersection of SR 44 and US 19, replacing existing signage along the corridor, and milling and resurfacing SR 44 from US19/SR 55/Suncoast Blvd. to east of NE 10th Ave in Citrus County.
