Description

Schedule 1 - Water Transmission Main (Phase 2): Installation of 12" and 16" AWWA C900 PVC water transmission main, 15" SDR 35 PVC drain pipe, valves, fittings, fire hydrants, air vacuum relief valves/vaults, jack and bore across Highway 35, cathodic protection system, concrete storm manholes, grading, asphalt surface restoration, gravel surface restoration, turf reinforcement mat, and site restoration. Schedule 2 - 1 Million Gallon Water Storage Tank: Installation of a 1 million gallon AWWA D110 Type III prestressed concrete tank and appurtenances, excavation for tank site, tank foundation preparation, construction of access road and staging pad, structural backfill, grading, 12" and 16" AWWA C900 PVC water main, valves, fittings, fire hydrants, control valves and vault, tank mixing system, security fence, site electrical, SCADA integration, asphalt surface restoration, and site restoration.
