The scope of work generally includes: Installation of CIPP liners in wastewater service laterals; Installation of connection liners at junction between wastewater mainline and service laterals; Video inspection and locating of wastewater service laterals; Temporary pedestrian and traffic control 1,867 FT CIPP Service Lateral Liner, 4 Inch; 3,136 FT CIPP Service Lateral Liner, 6 Inch; 90 FT CIPP Service Lateral Liner, 8 Inch; 195 EA Service Line Video Inspection and Location, Launch Camera The Agency reserves the right to issue Addenda making changes or corrections to the Plans, Specifications or quantities. The Agency will provide Addenda only by publishing them on the OregonBuys website. (See 00110.05(e)). No additional notification of addendum issuance will be provided All work must be completed by October 15, 2022. The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids or to waive any specification or requirement upon a finding of the City that it is in the public interest to do so.
