Description

The vendor shall provide all labor, services, and incidental material necessary for scheduled inspection and maintenance as well as non-scheduled repair of wastewater and stormwater lift station pumps, and water wells at various system-wide locations to include coverage from the source to the termination point of the county system where it either ends or joins with a utility system. In addition, the vendor will be required to perform all non-emergency repairs, as well as emergency repairs, for storm water pump stations. Pump station inspection and preventive maintenance shall consist of, but not limited to, changing spark plugs, fuel/oil change, belt replacement and other general maintenance items as specified herein or as directed by Precinct 2. The pump stations consist of submerged pumps, control boxes, and engines, and the depth below ground for some of the submerged pumps can reach thirty (30) feet.
