| Description | Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside. The contractor shall provide an audio/visual system with video conference and teleconference solutions. The system shall include the following (or comparable): 1. HD recorder package with Audio only secondary as option 2. Suite 8 software package installed on OFE PC 3. JM-14 microphones (4) – located at Judge, Witness, and law table AV Equipment and Installation for BIA EOK CFR Court 4. Ceiling speakers (4) 5. Assisted listening packages 6. Cameras – (4) fixed cameras to view Judge, Witness, and law tables 7. 65” View Sonic Monitor mounted on wall 8. Audio feed to clerk or court reporter 9. Integrating owner furnished PC running Zoom, Teams, Webex 10. Allow outsiders to connect with land line in court room. System audio will broadcast to callers. 11. 10” touch panel controls operate courtroom devices such as TV, video conference, teleconferencing and camera controls in one panel. Also, must have ability to start and stop recordings and change system modes. 12. Primary system components are housed in equipment rack located in courtroom. |
