Description | The town of between, georgia is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the construction of a new town hall. The new facility will be located at 1926 new hope church road, monroe, georgia. The site is that of the current town hall that will be raised prior to construction. 1.01 the owner (hereinafter referred to as owner). Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of a facility located at: 1926 New Hope Church Road Monroe, Georgia 30655. New Town Hall for Between, Georgia. Documents may be obtained by general contract Bidders, subcontractors and/or vendors. Others may view the Bid Documents at the office of the Architect. F. Acquisition of documents through any other source is not advised. Unauthorized sources place the bidder at risk of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders and Document 00 3100 - Available Project Information. 1. Special attention is drawn to the bid delivery instructions in Section 00 2113, Paragraph 3.01 - Bid Submission. I. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. J. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. K. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. Summary Project Description: Construction of new building with related site work as called for in the Construction Documents.
