CBJTC USPFO Warehouse Renovations

The design and engineering for this project will renovate the existing USPFO Warehouse, consisting of an occupied warehouse building approximately 61,000 square feet: Assessment of facility roof for replacement/repair with lightning protection, master label, roof access and fall protection. Envelope improvements to included window replacement if necessary, sealing and painting building's exterior surface. Assessment of the facility’s HVAC equipment and related components as needed for replacement/repairs required for energy efficient systems as necessary, utilizing existing ductwork, piping, wiring, and/or controls (or similar system). Upgrade and extend loading dock with canopy, lights and related components. Relocate existing canopy and adding concrete pad. Upgrade vehicular exit gate with automatic opener, modifying fence and drive, as necessary for complete operational system. Upgrade pedestrian vehicular entry gate, modifying fence if necessary. Upgrade latrines at loading dock with new fixtures, abating asbestos if required. Upgrade water coolers and add new latrine and laundry area with necessary water, sanitary, exhaust and electrical connections, with removal of existing tanks and associated piping. Upgrade vault door and frame to accommodate pallet jack. Upgrade vault size to accommodate equipment without damage. Upgrade all low voltage to meet G6 standards. Upgrade interior and exterior lightings as well as electrical system to meet code. Removal of necessary finishes, equipment and related components as needed or required for upgrades. Upgrade Fire Alarm systems and components to meet current fire code. Upgrade interior finishes.
