Description

Modifications to the westernmost section of Big John’s Parking lot match those performed on the center section of Big John’s Parking Lot, completed with the 47th Ter Streetscape Project. These include seal coating the existing asphalt; restriping the parking stalls; replacing concrete sidewalk; and replacing the four oaks that overgrew the areas in the center of the lot with four Double Trunk Christmas palms in four new landscape islands with irrigation.
