Project No. 67:1660 Reconstruct Aprons 'A', 'B', 'C'; Rehabilitate Taxilanes 'A' At Cambridge Municipal Airport Cambridge, Ohio The successful bidder must comply with requirements set out in the contract documents including all Federally Required Contract Provisions including but not limited to the Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restrictions, Davis Bacon Requirements, Affirmative Action Requirements, Government wide Debarment and Suspension, Government wide Requirements for a Drug-free Workplace, and Non- Segregated Facilities Requirements. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, or a bid bond, in the amount of 5 percent of the total amount bid, made payable to the Cambridge Area Regional Airport Authority as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into with the Authority within fifteen (15) days and its performance secured by a performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price and, in default thereof, said check or bond will be forfeited to the Cambridge Area Regional Airport Authority as liquidated damages. The successful bidder shall commence work with adequate force and equipment on a date to be specified in a written order of the Owner and shall complete work within the time prescribed in the contract documents. Proposals shall be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Cambridge Area Regional Airport Authority, 9732 Brick Church Road, Cambridge, Ohio 43725, and labeled in lower left-hand corner: Reconstruct Aprons 'A', 'B', 'C'; Rehabilitate Taxilanes 'A' The Cambridge Area Regional Airport Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 d the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. No bidder may withdraw their bid prior to ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Cambridge Area Regional Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
