A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The following forms must be completed and submitted as the bid package: BF1-1A Proposal bond, BF2 Experience Statement, BF3 Time of Completion, BF4 Personal Property Tax Affidavit, and BF5 Proposal Forms. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply to this federal funded project. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in an amount equal to 5% of total bid tendered, and made payable to the Guernsey County Commissioners, as a guarantee that, if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into in accordance therewith, and the check of successful bidder will be returned upon proper execution of contract with successful bidder. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid. Certificate of Insurance, Workers Compensation Certificate.
