Description

The project consists of demolition of a small storage building and construction of a new football operations facility. It will be an approximately 135,000 GSF facility, concepts show it as a three story building along 2nd avenue adjacent to the existing football practice fields. Major building systems, including (mechanical and the building envelope), will be commissioned by an independent consultant, with whom the Construction Manager shall plan and coordinate its efforts.
