North Main at Cedar Drainage Improvements

The work consists of installation of roughly 700 linear feet of new storm sewer, related appurtenances, and pavement reconstruction along N. Main Street from Cedar Avenue to Ash Avenue. The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all Bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the Bid considered the best value to the City, and to hold the bids for a period of sixty (60) days without taking action. Box 220, McAllen, TX 78505-0220 This project is being funded, in part, by Community Development Block Grant funds and is sub-ject to the following Federal requirements: Executive Order 11246; Clause 3 of the HUD Act of 1968; Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968; and Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts as well as State laws and regulations. In addition, the successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, age or national origin.
