Craven County Courthouse/EOC/IT Flood Remediation and Renovations in New Bern, NC, located at 411 Craven Street. The project shall be completed in multiple phases. The first phase shall be installation of temporary, mechanical, fire suppression and generator. Immediately followed by the relocation of all essential mechanical, electrical and elevator equipment to the 3rd level. The subsequent phases shall be to construct new ADA compliant toilets, stair and elector areas as well as new work spaces. Upon the relocation of the EOC/911 and EMS, the existing spaces shall be renovated for Courthouse functions.
