The work contemplated will include but is not limited to: removal and replacement of patterned and un-patterned slate roofing; repair of roof and tower heavy timber structural members; new roof and tower structural members; replacement of wood decking and sheathing; removal and replacement of insulation; replacement of flashing, step-flashing, built-in gutters, hip, ridge, and flat-seam roofing with new copper; stripping, repair, and repainting of existing sheet metal cladding, detailing, and flat-seam roofing; repair and repainting of wood windows and metal louvers; cleaning and repair of tower clock faces.
