Description

The existing siding at 820 Pine Street will not be removed nor painted. The existing siding is to remain intact. The project is to be complete within 6 months (negotiable) from the date of award. Asbestos will be removed prior to construction, except for the siding at 820 Pine Street. This siding is to remain intact and untouched. Windows will be salvaged and reused after asbestos is removed. The front elevation of each property must contain original wood windows. If substitute windows are necessary due to the quality of the existing, they will be installed in secondary elevations.
