Brandon Hill Drainage Improvements Project

The work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for construction of a stormwater retention / detention pond and an architecturally faced concrete retaining wall. The primary elements of work include approximately 2,770 cubic yards of excavation, 368 cubic yards of concrete, 41,320 pounds of reinforcing steel, 50 lineal feet of storm sewer, 3 drainage structures, 18 lineal feet of steel casing pipe, 220 lineal feet of sanitary sewer main, 1 sewer manhole, 32 lineal feet of concrete curb and gutter, 44 square yards of asphaltic concrete, 152 square yards of turf reinforcement mat, and 4,066 square yards of sod.
