S-135 Bypass Culvert and Dike Repairs

The project involves repair of two 96" diameter Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) culverts under the Herbert Hoover Dike at the S-135 Pump Station. The project includes the use of a chemical grouting consisting of hydro- insensitive high density poly­urethane polymers (HDPP) injected and pressure controlled through drilled ports that penetrate through the CMP at specified locations access from the culvert's interior. The project also includes installation of a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner inside the two 96” culverts. Site Details: From the East: Travel West on SR-710 (Bee Line Hwy), turn right onto SW Indiantown Ave, then in 0.4 mile turn left onto SW Kanner Hwy (SR 76), in 11 miles take another left onto SW Kanner Hwy, in 250 ft turn left onto SW Conners Hwy (US-441), then in 8.2 miles turn left onto SW Wood St. In 0.5 miles park and wait at the gate to allow entry. From the West: Travel East on SR-710 (Bee Line Hwy), turn right onto CR 15A, in 0.9 mile turn left onto SW Conners Hwy US-441, then in 8.2 miles turn right onto SW Wood Street. In 0.5 miles park and wait at the gate to allow en­try.
