Additions and Alterations to Downingtown High School East New Construction: 44,300 SF; Renovation: 20,792 SF Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier's good faith check payable to the Order of Downingtown Area School District, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security.
