J. P. Taravella High School Smart Program Renovations Project

The proposed scope of work is based upon the approved ADEFP; the School Deficiency Lists, Deficiency Matrix and Deficiency Details prepared by Jacobs dated September 02, 2014 & the FLCC (Fixed Limit of Construction Cost). The proposed scope is as follows: Building 1 1. Reroofing: The roof deck is not to be replaced unless required by building code requirements. Refer to the TAS 105 and 126 Reports for additional information about the existing construction of the roofing system for this building. 2. Mechanical: Replacement of HVAC, Controls, Unit Ventilators, AC Window Unit Component and Test and Balancing. 3. Electrical: An Emergency Lighting System 4. Media Center Improvements. Refer to item 5, this document. 5. STEM Lab Improvements. A Hospitality Suite and possibly some new equipment in the Science Labs if there is available funding. Building 2 1. Exterior: Damaged Window to be replaced. 2. Mechanical: Replacement of HVAC, Controls and Exhaust Hoods and Test and Balancing. Building 3 1. Mechanical: Replacement of HVAC Pump and Controls. Building 4 1. Exterior: Damaged Window to be replaced. 2. Mechanical: Replacement of HVAC, Controls and Exhaust Hoods and Test and Balancing. Building 6 1. Mechanical: Replacement of HVAC Pump and Controls. Building 7 1. Reroofing: The roof deck is not to be replaced unless required by building code requirements. Building 8 1. Mechanical: Replacement of Exterior Chiller and Test and Balancing. Building 10 1. STEM Lab Improvements. Two Math Labs
