Driftwood Middle School - Smart Program Renovations

Work of this Contract comprises the general construction and renovation of, but not limited to: 1. Repairs and replacement of existing covered galvanized steel walkways. 2. Re-roofing all decks except bldgs. 13, 85, 86, 87, and 88. 3. Media center renovation. 4. School-wide painting, inclusive of stucco repair. 5. Window replacement in buildings: 01, 02, 03, 85, 86, 87, and 88. 6. The replacement of the HVAC Controls at buildings 1,2,3,5,8,9,10, and 12. 7. The replacement of the ducts heaters at buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. 8. The replacement of the exhaust fans at buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. 9. Complete test and balance of buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. 10. The replacement of the air handling units at buildings 3 and 5. 11. Replacement of two (2) large-diameter exhaust hoods at building 7. 12. The replacement of the exterior air cooled chiller at building 12. 13. The replacement of the four (4) cooling towers at building 12. 14. Roofing replacement at buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. Roof drains and overflow drains will also be replaced with new. 15. Four (4) air handler units in building 3 will be replaced. Associated condensate piping shall be removed and replaced with new as indicated on plans. 16. Two (2) air handler units in building 5 will be replaced. Associated condensate piping shall be removed and replaced with new as indicated on plans. 17. Panel-board replacement in buildings 02, 07, 10, and 12. 18. New LED exit and egress lighting in buildings 01, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09. 19. New GFCI receptacles, locations to be determined on an as-needed basis, as indicated by the board.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
