Piper High School - Smart Program Renovations

Work of this Contract comprises the general construction and renovation of, but not limited to: • Re-roofing of Buildings #1, #2, #4, #5, #6, #8, #11, and #13 as well the covered walkway connecting Buildings #1 and #5; • Replacement of exterior storefront entrances and windows in Buildings #1 and #2; • HVAC improvements consisting but not limited to the replacement of existing air handling and other equipment in Buildings #1, #2, #5 and #6, #8, #9 and #12 including alterations to existing chilled water piping and incidental general construction, electrical, plumbing and fire protection work necessary to accommodate the proposed new HAVC equipment. • Replacement of existing controls with new campus-wide state-of-the-art direct digital control system • Testing and balancing of new and existing HVAC systems campus-wide. • Upgrades to existing electrical system components, including replacement of existing site and exterior building lighting fixtures and other electrical work indicated to other proposed improvements, • Installation of and modifications to existing fire sprinklers in selected areas Building #1. • The Project the also includes renovations and ADA upgrades of existing restroom facilities in Buildings #1, #2 and #6; • Interior improvements to the Media Center • General interior improvements to Science, Chemistry, Advanced Manufacturing, Culinary, and Mass Media STEM Labs.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
