A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Santa Clara and Honby Wells PFAS Groundwater Treatment Improvements Construction of the SANTA CLARA AND HONBYWELLS PFAS GROUNDWATER TREATMENT IMPROVEMENTS Project. The project site is located at 20548 Santa Clara Street, Santa Clarita, CA. Please refer to the Santa Clara and Hanby Wells Project Contract Documents for a location map. The project generally consists of site construction, building construction, pipeline installation, and equipment installation for a groundwater treatment system. The work includes, but is not limited to mobilization, demolition, and site excavation; well pump and discharge pipeline modifications; water and drain pipelines installation; owner furnished equipment installation for an ion exchange system (pressure vessels, pipes, bag filters, etc.); chemical storage/feed system installation; building construction; retaining wall construction; electrical work; system start-up including owner furnished ion exchange resin coordination and system flushing; and all associated work ('Work ") as indicated in the Contract Documents. The AGENCYanticipates the Base Bid Price to range between $9,500,000 to $10,000,000.
