Include at least thirty (30%) participation by Local, Small, Emerging and Disabled Veteran (LSEDV) businesses based on the value of the work by Subcontractor. Subcontractor shall further stipulate that they will meet the goal by either qualifying themselves as an LSEDV or by subcontracting their work to lower tier subcontractors in the amount 0f 30% of the overall value of the subcontract. ?
