Description

Provide construction management services with a guaranteed maximum price for the demolition/construction. The Project Scope includes the demolition of both the Tower, (1) and Registration, (2) buildings while protecting the Japanese Garden and re-routing of any utilities servicing the Classroom, (3) building on the west. Also included is the incidental work to the Classroom Building resulting from the removal of the Registration Building which exposes the lower-level walls and to maintain safe egress pathways and stairs through the CLA Complex.
