| Description | Rehabilitation of the existing stormwater management pond located on private open space in the Woodside Court Subdivision. Work will include pond excavation to remove sedimentation, removal of an existing concrete outlet structure and metal risers, discharge pipe, and existing concrete spillway and gravel protection. Additional activities include the installation of a new outlet structure and outfall pipe, a new forebay at existing pipe inlet, placement of topsoil and erosion control matting, seeding, and removal of erosion control measures and a stormwater wetlands area within the existing stormwater management pond |
