Description

The project involves the installation of underground piping systems and backflow preventers for storm water systems tying downspouts to street storm sewers, window well covers at below grade windows, sump pump discharge piping, backflow preventers at sump pump discharge piping, and drainage channels at landscape beds and sidewalks. Replacement of an exterior door with a flood resistant door and (2) sump pumps. There are (3) alternates; installation of interior-side foundation waterproofing, repair of stormwater pipe at adjacent property, and boring piping under sidewalks
