Description

This project will include the following: Removing the old windows, doors, carpet, elevated seating area and lighting. New HVAC ductwork will be installed, along with new lighting as shown on the plans. A new ceiling grid and elevated platform are to be constructed, as well as other aesthetic updates to the meeting room. 1. Demolition (remove existing walls, windows, seating area, closets, etc.) 2. Framing (new demising wall, doors, windows, elevated seating area, podium, etc.) 3. Electrical (New lights, cameras, TC's, speakers, etc.) 4. Mechanical (run new ductwork) 5. Finish Carpentry (install trim, countertop, etc.) 6. paint walls, install flooring & ceiling grid 7. Any other items necessary to complete the project
